Terrible quality

Received one as a gift. Certainly not the usual Francesca quality. The writing is messy and extremely hard to read even up close. The cuff itself feels very poor quality.

The worst Francesca item I have ever owned. The engraving is illegible and the feel of the item is cheap not the usual Francesca standard. Very disappointed
