We run different sales and promotions all throughout the year; specific conditions  to a sale or promotion/giveaway will be listed below.

All minimum spend requirements are to be met in AUD, only 1 offer can be claimed at a time. Free Gifts with purchases allow for one gift per order. Any orders including pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped when the pre-order item is ready.

Returns are not accepted on sale or promotional items, unless deemed faulty through the manufacturing process.

If a discount code is required, only one discount code is able to be used at a time at checkout, including loyalty reward vouchers. Any secondary discount codes applied will override the previous code, and only one will be accepted.

Shipping charges may apply during sales and promotional periods, outside of our general postage fees.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Francesca Jewellery and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
To enter, customers must:
a) Place an order online at francesca.com.au during the Promotion Period; and
b) Subscribe to the Francesca Jewellery email mailing list during the Promotion Period.
One entry is counted per qualifying order. Incomplete entries are invalid.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a refund equal to the value of their qualifying order (“Win Your Order Back”). Prize value will not exceed $3,000. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Draw & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random within 5 business days of the Promotion Period ending and notified via the email address provided at subscription.

5. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to Francesca Jewellery collecting and using their personal information (including name, email address, and order details) for the purposes of administering the promotion and, unless opted out, for marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Francesca Privacy Policy at francesca.com.au.

6. General
This promotion is a game of chance. The outcome is determined randomly. Francesca Jewellery reserves the right to verify entries, cancel or amend the promotion if necessary, and substitute a prize of equal value if required. This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.

Products will be selected during the dispatch process and will not be catered to specific customer requests. Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty rewards are not able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Loyalty rewards vouchers can only be used on purchases of $50* or more (see below list for full details). You must remain active on your loyalty account every 12 months for your loyalty points to remain valid. Keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward! The rewards program is subject to change at any time. Loyalty vouchers do not apply to shipping costs.

*If your cart value is less than the voucher you wish to redeem (eg. $60 voucher, $50 purchase), the remainder of the voucher amount is automatically forfeited.

GST and Shipping fees not accrued in points. Points accrue upon purchase of Gift Vouchers, not upon use of Gift Vouchers.

Mystery items purchased are not able to be returned unless faulty due to the manufacturing process. They are heavily discounted items, therefore sales conditions apply. They are ‘mystery’ by nature of this promotion and cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind. Please note due to fast turnover we cannot guarantee multiple styles are available at time of purchase, there may be a chance if purchasing multiple 'mystery' items that you will receive similar or same designs.

Our gift cards and store credits have an expiry of 3 years from the date of purchase (gift cards) or from the date of issue (store credits).Gift cards and store credits can be used at any time within the valid time frame, including sales and promotional periods. Simply enter the gift card or store credit number in the discount code/gift card section at checkout.Gift cards are treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-refundable.

Pre-order items have an approximate shipping time of 8 weeks from the date of purchase, however all estimated dispatch times will be included in the product description.

If your order contains other pieces in addition to a pre-order item, your full order will be held and shipped together with your pre-order piece. If you are wanting other pieces sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
