At Francesa, we believe that success means nothing unless you are giving back. We are so proud that our community helps us to do this! Without the generosity and passion of our customers we wouldn’t be able to do this.

We have ongoing partnerships with ‘Be Hers’, a not for profit organisation committed to fighting human trafficking (slavery) locally, nationally and globally. We support the Be Hers Foundation all year round with specially designed pieces, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the organisation.

Francesca also supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation all year round, with our specially designed Awareness Bracelet, and Landcare Tasmania with our special Conservation Charm. Every Conservation Charm sold is a tree planted by one of our Francesca Team members.

Each Month Francesca chooses a different charity to support, through raising awareness and funds from sales of our Awareness Bracelets. Our in-house production team design and hand-craft our Awareness Bracelets with love, with $20 from each sale donated to that month’s charity.

We have supported many charities over the years including; Endometriosis Australia, Pancare Foundation, MND Australia, SpeakUpStayChatty, Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Bowel Cancer Australia, Childrens Ground, Motherless Daughters Australia, Cystic Fibrosis Australia, Ovarian Cancer Australia, SANDS, WIRES, The Australian Red Cross, GIVIT and many more!

Did you know that we make around 50% of our product range in house! Our Production team work from our Hobart Studio, where our HQ is based. Our beaded bracelets and many limited edition pieces are handcrafted with love in Tasmania.

We also work with jewellery artisans all over the world to bring our designs to life. We pride ourselves on high quality yet affordable jewellery. We believe in developing our brand and products in a responsible manner, and partner with manufacturers worldwide who specialise in the area of expertise needed for our collections.

These manufacturers comply with our ethical standards of safe working environments, our labour policies, and are sustainable companies. We have a very close relationship with all our artisan partners.

At Francesca we are conscious of the environment around us, and the environment globally. We are committed to implementing sustainable practices and hope our small changes will make a big impact.

Francesca packaging is recyclable, and our postage Jiffy’s are partially made from plants and are certified home compostable and fully biodegradable.

Our stores and HQ both utilise cardboard and soft plastic recycling to minimise our waste.Our manufacturing partners comply with our ethical standards and are sustainable companies.
