For any drawing a super basic outline is best e.g. heart or stick figure.
Do not use flash.
Take the photo straight on.

"Purchased by partner for Christmas and loved it with adjustable chain, but the gold colour quickly rubbed off both chain and edges of charm. Only had 3 months and charm has now broken off the chain. Real shame as great concept and really pretty new but not good quality or made to last. Would not buy anything gold again, stick to silver. And not for everyday wear which is disappointing for price."
