PACKAGING -
All bridal pieces will arrive in our exclusive bridal packaging. Perfect for gifting, or as a present just for yourself! Gift wrapping at checkout is not available for bridal styles.

We recommend not to store your jewellery in the boxes you receive it in, these are designed for transport and not long-term use.

PLEASE NOTE - 

The Pre-Order Rose Studs will be ready for shipment by the end of April. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email. If you place an order with other items within the same transaction as the Pre-Order Rose Studs, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order is ready for dispatch from HQ.

No returns or exchanges on earrings unless deemed faulty. Pearls sizes may vary and  have small imperfections.

We want you to be able to keep your Francesca pieces for as long as possible! All metals are delicate, so treat your piece with love and care.

We recommend taking your pieces off while sleeping, swimming or undertaking any other sporting activities.
