I bought this cuff for myself about a year ago.
One day, when putting it on, it snapped in half. Was devastated.
I went into store to buy another and the lovely customer service staff gave me 50% off on my replacement cuff.
I had initially bought during Black Friday sales, and they gave me 50% off the sale price for my replacement cuff.
Great service. And despite the break, it is a great product.

STEP ONE
Keep your hand open, palm facing upward, and wrap the measuring tape above your wrist bone to determine your wrist size. Record the measurement.
