Great product and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. A payment mishap with their online shop turned into the best customer experience I've had in ages. Rang them, told them about the problem and how important this gift was (21st for my niece) and they went above and beyond anything to get it to her before her day and have it gift wrapped too. Why? Because they understood how important it was for me and her!!
