Fantastic customer service!
I recently reached out to Francesca after losing one of my favourite earrings over a balcony, the Francesca create gold hoop. The earring is no longer stocked but they found one in their spares and were able to organise to have it sent to me. So glad I’ve got my favourite pair back!
