"I was gifted a bracelet a few years ago and only a few months later it broke. I recently travelled to Hobart and left all the bits and pieces of my broken bracelet to be put back together. Even though the style of my bracelet is no longer sold, and I didn't expect it to be assembled in the same way that it had been, I was very disappointed with the very plain and unimaginative way that my bracelet was put back together."
