Disappointed with size & quality

"I absolutely love my first necklace I purchased & I wear it every day and the quality has been amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about this etched necklace & sadly it didn’t live up to the same level of quality. I did see other feedback about the sizing, and although the measurements are listed on the website, it is so tiny once you have it in person. The pendant is very thin and feels quite flimsy, almost like it could break away from the bracket. It would be great depending on how many letters you had, if the font size could be adjusted & also for the pendant to be a little thicker. The side with my children’s names is so close to the edge and the engraving is so small that I can barely read it, even with my glasses on, which was really disappointing. It also wants to stay on this side of the pendant, which I find strange as I thought it would just rotate to which ever side it lands on, but it favours this side for some reason."
