The bracelet was fantastic. It looked great and my partner loved it. The only issue I had was the lack of customer care. I emailed shortly after I purchased the item to change the sizing as I had the incorrect size ordered and I did not hear anything back. Mind you it emailed well before the order was confirmed yet I received the wrong size and did not get a reply. Would have been 5 stars if there was more customer care.
