FOLLOW THE MEASURING GUIDE BELOW
STEP ONE
Keep your hand open, palm facing upward, and wrap the measuring tape above your wrist bone to determine your wrist size. Record the measurement.
STEP TWO
Take the wrist measurement you obtained and refer to the chart for your chosen bracelet type to determine the corresponding bracelet size.
STEP THREE
Consult the size chart to find your size. Choose a larger size for a looser fit if desired.

BUT they should advertise that it is not a solid piece and that it is threaded on an elastic band. To me, that makes it feel cheap for the price you paid for it and there is a lot more likely hood of it breaking."
