Stunning but Disappointed

I bought these online for my daughter for her birthday, she loves them and they are a stunning earring except one of the pearls has a very noticeable raised lump the size of a small pea on it, it really stands out and not in a good way, its very distracting and is so very different from the other earring, i understand these are natural pearls which makes them all different and unique, but this is too different and actually takes away from the earrings. I'm surprised it passed quality control.

I definitely wouldn't choose that particular pair if I had come in store to purchase.

I went in store as soon as my daughter received them in mail, to let them know of the fault.

The lady informed us to email customer service and explain to them, which my daughter did a week ago but she's not heard anything back as yet which is a little disappointing.
