"I had a similar experience when I ordered this bracelet for a friend, unaware that it was a child’s size. Now, having learned that others had encountered the same issue and yet the name of the bracelet remains ambiguous? I think there’s more that can be done to clearly indicate that this is a child-sized bracelet. I was told that ‘nothing can be done about it’, leaving me with no choice but to purchase another one and have a child bracelet that I don’t need. I have found this experience to be disappointing and misleading."
