Wrong ring/bail attachment
"I was given this pendant as a gift with the franc create 50cm chain. It's beautiful however the pendant hangs from a split/keyring-style bail with a small gap in it. The chain (which is so beautiful!) is extremely thin and fine, and I immediately noticed it was getting caught in the gap of the bail ring. After only a couple of weeks of wearing the necklace, the chain must have manoeuvred fully into the gap and the pendant came completely off without me noticing. Sadly, I only realised later that the pendant was gone. I honestly couldn't believe it had come off whilst wearing it. I wanted to flag this as a design issue rather than a wear-and-tear problem, as a very fine chain doesn’t feel compatible with this type of ring. I’d recommend either a closed bail or a thicker chain to prevent this from happening to others."
