Unfortunately the writing on the pendant is so small you can hardly read it. The preview looks lovely and I was so excited to receive it. However, when I received the pendant the lettering is so faint and small that it's not readable when you are wearing it. Very disappointed

The necklace is so perfect.
3 of us bought this pendant necklace for our friend for her 40th. We had her initials etched on it and then all four of our names on the other side. It is so beautiful.

Received my pendant yesterday for my birthday but so disappointed upon opening that the engraving on both sides is upside down! Beautiful design but this really should have been double checked before being sent.

Apologies for any confusion! Our ETCH pendant is designed to flip around so can often rotate in transit and whilst wearing. I can see that your piece does just need to be rotated in order for the engraving to be facing the correct way. This may involve rotating the disk or the entire piece. Once the orientation has been changed, you should find your engraving is the right way up. Please do let us know if you require further assistance with this.
Oh it’s gorgeous! I got my boys names and initials and I’m in love. Simple elegant and stunning. I got so many complements on it when I wore it over the weekend. Just perfect.
