Francesca earrings are nickel-free (just like all of our pieces!) and suitable for those with sensitive ears! We're not massive fans of those gross green markings, so we use quality metals in all of our products.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Our earrings are purposefully designed to accommodate those with sensitive ears. They are nickel and lead free making them perfect for everyday wear.

Are your earrings nickel free?

Absolutely! Our earrings are nickel-free, which makes them ideal for those with sensitive ears. Our Creative Director is particularly mindful of nickel sensitivity, ensuring that all our designs are crafted to accommodate those with delicate skin.

Are your earrings suitable to sleep in?

Our earrings are intentionally designed to not only be stylish, but practical too. We find they are comfortable for everyday wear, however we do recommend removing them before showering, swimming or exercising.

Can I return earrings after purchase?

We do not allow returns on earrings due to strict hygiene policies set out by the ACCC.
