"Received this as a present from my MOH, sadly the clasp broke on my wedding day. I emailed to ask if it could be repaired and I would be happy to pay for it, but was told they are unable to fix broken clasps and told to buy another. Bracelet is very fine so I would be careful when wearing. I went to take it to get fixed from somewhere else and when I took it out of the box and it has tarnished (hasn’t been worn). Very disappointing!"
"I received this bracelet as a gift just 6 weeks ago, and I’m really disappointed with how it has held up. It has already begun to discolour and tarnish, despite being very carefully looked after. It has never been worn in a pool or at the beach, hasn’t been exposed to chemicals, and I always remove it before showering. For something that is less than two months old and worn with care, I wouldn’t expect this level of deterioration. What’s even more frustrating is that the warranty doesn’t cover this kind of issue, even though it clearly isn’t due to misuse or neglect. I understand general wear and tear over time, but this feels like a quality issue rather than normal ageing. Sadly, I wouldn’t purchase again based on this experience."
