Not a good product

This pearl charm is so gorgeous! HOWEVER, the pearl charm continues to fall off. I’ve had to buy another pearl charm 3 times (other than the time I got it the first time) but it’s just beginning to get ridiculous. Each time. It falls off I don’t notice it and I can’t find it afterwards. I hate to be one to complain but i think the product needs a slight change to stop it from unraveling itself.
