Bracelet was faulty after the very first wear as the charm came off.
The fastener used was inadequate for the thin hoop connecting the charm.
I requested a replacement and was told to fix it myself. However, if I could not fix it myself then they would replace it.
This is entirely the wrong approach to faulty items.
Jewellery making is not my trade. Nor do I have the tools on hand to ‘fix it myself’. It is in good faith I bought this bracelet and that should all be quality checked on your end.
So again, I requested a replacement. That was honoured but it took longer than expected to be resolved.

Our charms are super easy to attach, it was an innocent suggestion if you wanted to try at home first before we sent a replacement. I was very happy to support this amazing cause as my son has autism.
I even purchased the bracelet twice because I accidentally bought the wrong size to begin with.
On receiving my second bracelet, it has only lasted a week before the orange pendant fell off and is no where to be found.
