A day in the life of a Francesca Online Dispatch Team Member is fast-paced, exciting, and fun! We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Dispatchers available through November to January 2026, with ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday). Weekends and Public Holidays may be required where available.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Packing and processing orders for our valued online customers
• Reporting directly to the Coordinator and working closely with Supervisors
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain workflow and ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a organised stockroom
• Conducting regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensuring stock is replenished and organised as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Availability of a minimum 3 days per week, between the hours of 7:30am–9pm weekdays, with flexibility for public holidays and weekends as an added bonus
• Strong ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude—no task is too big or small!
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead
• Computer literacy and strong time-management skills
• A positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to tasks
