When is the Francesca Black Friday Sale?
Our once-a-year Black Friday event begins in late November and runs through Cyber Monday (for a limited time only). Sign up to our emails to be first to know when it starts.
What is included in the Black Friday offer?
In our sale event of the year we only have a few exceptions. Otherwise, enjoy 15% off storewide* across our entire jewellery range, including our most loved lockets, engraved pieces from the Etch Collection, and Create charm jewellery.
Plus, receive a limited-edition pair of hoops as a complimentary gift with every order over $200.^

Do Francesca lockets and engraved pieces go on sale often?
Hardly ever. This is the only time of year our customisable collections (including Photo Lockets and Etch Engravable pieces) are discounted. It’s the perfect time to start building a collection that tells your story.
How does the free gift with purchase work?
Every order over $200 during the event will receive a limited-edition pair of Francesca hoops. These hoops are exclusive to this year’s Black Friday collection and never before released… but only while stocks last.
Can I shop the Black Friday sale in-store?
Yes! The Black Friday event is available in both boutiques and online.Visit our Hobart, Armadale or Melbourne Central stores to experience the collection in person and enjoy complimentary signature gift wrapping on all purchases.
Can I use my Franc Rewards or gift cards during the sale?
Absolutely. You can redeem your Franc Rewards points and gift cards on sale items. Just note, rewards can’t be earned on the discounted portion of your purchase.
Will items sell out?
Some of our most-loved pieces do sell out fast, especially our lockets, engraved jewellery, and limited-edition hoops. We recommend shopping early to avoid missing out.
Can I return or exchange Black Friday purchases?
Yes. Our standard returns policy applies to all purchases made during the event, provided they meet our usual return conditions. Earrings, personalised or engraved pieces remain final sale. You can read our full returns policy here.
