There was a version of Hannah who built this business from the ground up.

Early mornings at Salamanca Market. Big dreams and bigger risks.

A version of her who became a leader. Who grew Francesca into what it is today.

And then, another version. One she couldn’t fully prepare for: Motherhood.

The Evolution

With it came a shift she didn’t expect. Not a loss of who she was, but an expansion of it.

Because when Hannah stepped into motherhood, she didn’t step away from the business.

She rebuilt it around her.

Her first experience forced a complete restructure — navigating both new motherhood and COVID, redefining how the business could support her.

The second time, she evolved again. Stepping further out of the day-to-day and into strategy.

Building a leadership team. Creating a new HQ for Francesca.

Not because she had to choose between the two. But because she refused to.
