All Francesca loyalty points will expire from 6 months from purchase date. If no future orders placed within that time your points will expire. 
To make sure your points do not expire you will need to spend or earn points by placing an order at least every 6 months or redeeming your rewards.


Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code or charity piece.
Minimum cart value required for each reward.
Once reward has been redeemed we are unable to add the points back onto your account.
