CAN I HAVE MY BRACELETS ADJUSTED?
Yes, most of our beaded bracelets can be made smaller or larger for no extra cost within our 14 day exchange period. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the style of your bracelet & we can assess the alteration request for you.
THE ITEM I LIKE IS SOLD OUT?
If the item is sold out we have a button below the sold out sign called ‘request stock’ which you can enter your e-mail address into and we will send you an automatic e-mail as soon as it is available for purchase and back in stock!
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you place an order before 2pm AEST, we will despatch your order the same day and if you live in a metro area within Australia, you should receive your order the next business day. If you make an order after 2pm, we will process and despatch the order the next business day. All of our orders are express post within Australia using Australia Post couriers.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been despatched which includes your tracking details so you know what stage your jewellery is on its journey to you!
I NEED MY ORDER BY TOMORROW, HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THIS WILL HAPPEN?
If you order with us before 2pm AEST and live in a metro area within Australia – as well as qualifying within the Australia Post express post network you should receive your order the very next day.
HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE ?
To use your gift card online you simply need to enter the code (letters and numbers will be included) on the back of your gift card which is below the barcode. The gift card amount will be deducted off your order total but does not cover any postage costs.
HOW LONG ARE GIFT CARDS VALID?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT ONLINE?
Once your request for store credit is accepted you will receive a discount code for the approved value. Your credit can then be used upon checkout of your online order in the discount code panel.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
A discount code can be applied to orders once you are at the checkout stage of your order. The code should be entered in the discount code panel and once you press apply it should take the discount amount of the order total, however this does not apply to postage costs. Only one discount code can be issued per order.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED ?
Once your order has been dispatched from Francesca HQ, and are in the hands of our courier company, Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number (to use with Australia Post) to follow the progress of your delivery.

We accept returns within 2 weeks from date of purchase.
Please note due to hygiene reasons you cannot return earrings & personalised pieces i.e engraved styles unless faulty.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE WHERE I CAN TRY ON THE JEWELLERY?
We sure do ! Our flagship store is in Hobart, Tasmania. We currently only have one store and you can find it at: Centrepoint Shopping Centre, Shop 212, 70 Murray Street, Hobart, Tasmania, 7000.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
Once an order is placed we allow for 30minutes for any changes or cancellations of orders. After this time can order cannot be changed/cancelled.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)?
Yes we do offer international delivery for a flat rate of $20 & Free on orders over $200
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
Yes, all of our packages require someone to be home & a signature upon delivery. If nobody is home a card will be left with instructions of which local post office your parcel has been re directed to.
