Missing pearl

I bought this charm to go on a bracelet as a gift to my son’s god mother. It arrived with a missing pearl. They replaced the charm, however I’m nervous the pearls may fall out. Disappointed that the attention to detail wasn’t there when packaging the charm and picked up prior to shipping it to me.
