    Couldn’t be happier!

    My sweet 18 year old dog passed away a few weeks and I miss him dearly, I purchased a beautiful oval locket with a picture of him and a charm with the first letter of his name and I couldn’t be happier with them.     Beautiful locket. Terrble chain in gold

    Locket was beautiful, but the gold bobble chain was badly kinked and had twists in it. I got in touch with Francesca customer service and sent photos and they replaced with a new chain as they could see it was definitely faulty. The replacement chain also has a few kinks not as bad as first chain though but i am apprehensive as to gift to my daughter as is or just go buy a good chain from a jewellers instead. I purchased the same bobble chain in silver and in rose gold with an etch pendant and they both are perfectly fine.
