Great customer service

I had been given a bracelet that broke and was just outside of warranty. I contacted the company and was very quickly responded to. I was told that even though my bracelet was just outside of warranty they would still fix it for me.

Fantastic customer service!

I recently reached out to Francesca after losing one of my favourite earrings over a balcony, the Francesca create gold hoop. The earring is no longer stocked but they found one in their spares and were able to organise to have it sent to me. So glad I’ve got my favourite pair back!

Will definitely be purchasing more from this amazing company!
