My first order of the charm was shocking. When I received the charm it was already broken on the link that attaches to a necklace etc. It could not of happened in transit as it was in a gift box and another box plus a packaging box so had to be sent like that. After contacting Francesca they sent me another Straight away. There service is fantastic but it’s weird how this could of been sent out like this.
I would recommend trying this company as I have other pieces of there’s and haven’t had a problem
