We ship orders out business days. If you order before 2pm on a business day, we will dispatch your order the same day (unless you are contacted by our Customer Care team regarding an issue with your order). Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

Rural Australian areas may incur longer transit times. We may encounter a longer order processing time during peak sale and holiday periods; please allow up to 3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.


    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Francesca is not liable for these costs.

    We do not accept exchange for online orders, only return for store credit. 

    Returns are not accepted on sale items unless deemed faulty. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within two (2) weeks of purchase date for a credit note that can be used online or in store. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon arrival.
    Personalised pieces (monograms and engraved pieces) are unable to be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke nature.

    Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

    Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your credit note. If the item has been worn or damaged it will not be accepted as a return. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.

    Return shipping cost on items is $9.95.
