We know you’re excited to get your Francesca pieces as quickly as possible, which is why we ship orders out business days from our studio in Hobart, Tasmania.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post!

Alternatively, if you live in the Hobart area, you can select 'COLLECT-IN-STORE' at checkout and will receive an SMS when your order is ready to collect in our Hobart Store! All 'COLLECT IN-STORE' orders will be ready for collection within 48 hours.

 

Please note, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. During peak times such as promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods please allow 2-3 days to receive your shipping confirmation email or ready to collect SMS.

 

All orders must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Francesca is not liable for these costs.  

*Once your order is dispatched from our studio, it may be subject to delay with Australia Post or DHL Express and these times can only be used as a rough guide. Rural Australian areas and International may incur longer transit times. All shipping costs (intrastate, interstate and international) are calculated after any coupon, discount code or promotion is applied. Our Stacker Jewellery Box has a flat rate shipping of $10.00 within Australia and $20.00 standard Internationally and is not available for any free postage promotion. 

 

COLLECT IN-STORE 

Valid for Hobart customers only. Collect in-store orders incur a 48-hour processing time. Please allow for longer processing times during peak sale periods and over weekends. All orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Customers will receive an SMS notification when their order is ready in our Hobart store.

If 'collect in-store' orders are not collected within 2 weeks from notification date, the customer will be sent an email link to pay $9.95 shipping fee to have their order shipped to them.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that we dispatch daily, however we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch for all orders due to the high volume we receive. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order during peak times.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Francesca is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. 

Francesca is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Francesca is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Francesca will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.
