Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead by example to drive an uncompromisable focus on each of our customers receiving a Franc 10, while shopping in a strategically and aesthetically designed store environment
- Accountable for key store performance metrics, responsible for the measurement, effectiveness and communication of all store processes.
- Build, motivate and lead our high-performance sales team by supporting them to achieve our vision. Including a feedback culture that encourages a thirst for learning by all ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and encouraging a culture of safety
- You will be responsible for the accurate execution of stock transfers, stocktakes, and reporting of promotions.
- To hit sales budgets provided, maintain minimum sales per hour, conversion rate and basket size.
- Coordinating Sales and personal development training of staff to ensure high performance, and continued focus on a Franc 10 experience.
- Rostering to a budget while being proactive in the needs of the Retail store considering correct staffing levels and with support recruiting as needed
