Times sure are crazy at the moment with COVID-19 changing the world we know, however we want to assure you we are doing everything we can so you can enjoy your Francesca pieces just like you always have! 

Hooray! Our Hobart store has re-opened as of 26-05-2020. Sadly, our Melbourne Central store has had to re-close as of the 09-07-2020 due to the second lockdown within Victoria. For our updated opening hours please click here! We are operating as usual online - this includes daily dispatch and the same exceptional customer service you have always received. 

We know you're practicing social distancing, so that's why we have extended our exchange period from 14 days to 30 days to give you that extra time! Australia Post are also offering contactless delivery to ensure your safety, so your new Francesca pieces will be left at the door for you!

AfterPay is available on all orders over $100 and we also offer free gift wrapping so you don't have to worry! You can get your loved ones' gifts sent straight to them!

While we have implemented increased hygiene measures in Franc HQ, our wonderful customer service team are still available to help you with all your needs between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday! You can reach them via email: hello@francesca.com.au. Please note we are unable to take calls.
