Times sure are crazy at the moment with COVID-19 changing the world we know, however we want to assure you we are doing everything we can so you can enjoy your Francesca pieces just like you always have!

 

Hooray! Our Melbourne Central and Hobart Stores have both re-open as of 26-05/2020. Our Hobart store hours remain the same, however our Melbourne Store's hours are 11am - 6pm Monday to Sunday. We are operating as usual online! This includes daily dispatch before 12pm and the same exceptional customer service you have always received.

 

We know you're practicing social distancing, so that's why we have extended our exchange period from 14 days to 30 days to give you that extra time! Australia Post are also offering contactless delivery to ensure your safety, so your new Francesca pieces will be left at the door for you!

 

AfterPay is available on all orders over $100 and we also offer free gift wrapping so you don't have to worry! You can get your loved ones' gifts sent straight to them!

 

While we have implemented increased hygiene measures in Franc HQ, our wonderful customer service team are still available to help you with all your needs between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday! You can reach them via email: hello@francesca.com.au. Please note we are unable to take calls.
