Love Francesca, and ready for a change? A day in the life of a Francesca Dispatcher is never the same! It will involve, but is not limited to the following:

  • Effectively organising customer orders
  • Packing and processing orders for dispatch for our valued online customers.
  • Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with supervisor 
  • Working closely with the warehouse team
  • Maintaining daily workflow ensuring efficient operation
  • Maintaining an organised stockroom
  • Conducting regular stocktake of inventory
  • Ensuring stock is organised and replenished as needed.


To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Availability from October-January 2022 (including weekends and public holidays) 
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and think ahead
  • An energetic, positive, flexible, can-do attitude (no job is too big or too small)
  • A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently without close supervision
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Computer literate
