Pilgrim Pearl Hoops

I absolutely love the look of these but I find it a bit difficult to get the backing on (which is the same as a stud backing). Struggling with the backs also causes the stem part to bend out of shape. I am worried that I'll break the stem eventually if it gets bent/distorted too much. Hopefully I get better at putting them on because I do love them.
